The kitchen facilities were great, making it easy to whip up meals. I appreciated the spacious shower, which added to my comfort. The staff were really good—very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Although the motel is located on the highway, I managed to get a good night’s sleep, which was a pleasant surprise. it's a good value for budget accommodation.
Traffic noise 😕 and unreliable WiFi made it tricky.

I stayed for two nights while moving my daughter into the university, and it was the perfect base for my trip. The rooms were modern and clean, featuring a good shower and effective air conditioning, which was a relief given the heat. I appreciated the convenient amenities, including a bar fridge for cold drinks and a microwave. The on-site staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Plus, with a nice pub just a block away, dining options were easily accessible.
I recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience during my business trip! The room was spacious and comfy, plus the kitchen facilities made it easy to whip up snacks. I loved that the location was right off the highway – super convenient for getting around. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home!
I did have some issues with the fridge being too warm at first, and I couldn't get Wi-Fi access during peak hours, which was a bit frustrating. a couple of noisy neighbours kept me up late one night. a few hiccups but still a decent stay!

A Good Stay in Bathurst
During my recent trip to Bathurst, I was eager to explore Chifley Home, a significant landmark tied to Australian history. I chose the Chifley for its proximity and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access, which kept me connected throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed starting my mornings with the simple yet satisfying continental breakfast of toast, cereal, and tea. The welcoming atmosphere made my visit even more enjoyable.

We had a lovely stay at the Chifley, where the room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our needs. The microwave, toaster, and complete set of plates and cutlery made our stay very comfortable. The customer service was excellent; staff went above and beyond when we faced car troubles, offering us the room until we could sort everything out. They even cleaned it up for us again, providing fresh towels.
Some maintenance issues; shower, aircon, and lights didn’t work.
